Guarantee period

All our products are guaranteed for 2 years.

The battery is guaranteed to have a residual capacity of 70% after 2 years of use or 500 cycles* (whichever comes first)

Warranty procedure

        1. Contact the original retailer of the product. If you purchased your product on the kino.bike website, you can send an email to the address: contact@kino.bike

        2. In the case of a purchase via our website, you will be asked to justify the problem via photos and videos to the after-sales service.

        3. If, following this procedure, our team concludes a manufacturing defect, we will choose:

              has. When replacing the defective part; sends the new part with return of the defective part. Our team will assist you in replacing parts.

              b. When returning the bike if the part cannot be replaced; in this case, we will send an original box of the bike to your home. Dismantling the bike only requires a few simple operations; our team will support you in this step.

        4. Your guarantee will be extended in proportion to the duration of the procedure.

Important information: All costs (transport and parts) related to the shipping of new replacement parts or the return of defective parts (including bicycle) are covered by Kino Bike for purchases made via our website.

The warranty does not apply:

        • In the event of incorrect assembly or installation of the product by the user.

        • If insufficient maintenance or negligence on the part of the buyer is noted (for example, forgetting to maintain the brakes)

        • In the event of accidents or other conditions of abnormal or excessive use.

        • In the event of modification carried out on the bicycle without prior written authorization from Kino Bikes.

        • In the event of the impact of external elements or agents (natural disaster, fire, humidity).

        • On wearing parts: brake pads, sheaths, cables, chain, cassette, plate, bearings, wheels, tires

        • Defects inherent to the normal life of the product, such as a battery losing capacity. Kino Bikes guarantees its batteries for a residual capacity of 70% after 2 years of use or 500 cycles* (whichever comes first)

        • Complaints resulting from cycling in competition, for professional use or outside the conditions of use of the product as well as in the event of use in a manner that does not comply with technical and safety standards.

*A charge cycle is when the entire battery is used, whether or not it is a single charge. For example, you can use half of your bike's battery in a day and then fully recharge it. If you do the same thing the next day, only one charging cycle is counted, not two.
