Theft guarantee:

Bike not found? Bike replaced by a new one or payment of the insured value, excluding excess (190€)
Bike found but damaged? Coverage of the cost of parts and labor necessary to repair the bicycle (excluding 10% excess)
Theft of accessories included (including battery)
No discount for the first 3 years.
Then 37% discount from the 37th month + 1%/month, capped at 50%.
Example: 40th month: 40% discount. 55th month: 50%)

Electric assistance bicycle insurance

Assistance:

24/7 troubleshooting (puncture, breakdown, accident, vandalism, attempted theft, anti-theft malfunction, battery discharge, etc.)
On-site repair or towing of the bike (to the home or repairer)
Repatriation of passengers by taxi to home/repairman (or continuation of the journey)
Package for renting a bike for the duration of repairs (20€/day max 7 days)
Provision of a taxi to collect the bike from the repairer (only in the event of an initial call to assistance
