Can I return my bike?

Upon receipt of your bike, you have 14 days to make a return. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, in perfect condition, in their original packaging. Return transport costs will be your responsibility (actual cost depending on your address) in the case of a return following an order error, and free in the case of a return of a defective product. 

For a return request, contact us using the contact details stipulated below, specifying the order number, the reference(s) as well as your time availability in order to provide you with a return slip.

Once the bike is returned, our technicians will carry out a check to ensure that the bike has not been damaged. If the bike is compliant, a full refund will be made within 30 days.
